All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which appears on your statement and handles payment security and applicable sales taxes.

Plans

Free: no payment required, [1] story per child per day, limited roster.

Premium: [PRICE] per month [or PRICE per year], unlimited stories with a fair-use cap of [15] per child per day, full roster, saved shelves, storybook PDFs, and colouring PDFs.

Renewal and cancellation

Premium renews automatically each [month/year] until cancelled. Cancel any time from the parent dashboard or your Lemon Squeezy receipt link; you keep Premium until the end of the paid period, then move to the free plan. Saved stories remain stored for [X days] after downgrade so you can export them.

Refunds

If Storytime Buddies is not right for your family, email [SUPPORT EMAIL] within [14] days of your first payment for a full refund, no questions asked. Renewal payments are refundable within [14] days of the renewal date if the service has not been substantially used in that period. Where consumer law in your country gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.

Price changes
